MEET LESLEY
I have been on a path of self-discovery to find my true self for over ten years now - it is a continual process because I am always evolving and growing, always learning new things about myself. When I “think” I have reached what I was striving for, I find something new to learn, something to grow towards and into; It truly is a never-ending cycle.
I was just floating through life going wherever the wind took me. I was always trying to please others, make others happy, care for others. Now as I look back I just wasn’t living my life on purpose, I wasn’t living for Lesley. I was doing what others wanted me to do.

I began to wake up and realize that there is more to life. I want to feel how I want to feel, I want to do what I want to do. I want to let my true self shine.
I am a mama of 2 beautiful kids, wife, yoga teacher, energyworker, coach and Desire Map Facilitator.
My mission is to help moms, who are lost in the shuffle of life, reignite the light within them, by reconnecting them with their body, heart and soul.
